About Bray Park

  • Predominately residential suburb tucked in between Lawnton and Strathpine with excellent facilities.
  • Boundary formed by Francis Rd (to the north), Old North Road (to the west) and Four Mile Creek (in the south).
  • Four major educational facilities within the suburb including Bray Park State High School, Bray Park State School, Genesis Christian College (catering to all grades) and Holy Spirit School (a private primary school).
  • Bray Park is also home to the Les Hughes Sporting Complex which offers a multitude of sporting facilities and programs including baseball, netball, outdoor fitness stations, rugby league and rugby union, along with a walking and cycling path.

Bray Park Property Market Snapshot 2018

Bray Park is another up-and-coming suburb to watch! Alongside Lawnton, and as evidenced in the graph below, buyer activity has been strong over the last few years with an average of 10 homes selling each month.

Available homes for sale has held at a good number each month, around the 40 mark. While days on the market for the last few months has seen a slight drop from 18 to 20, this is still a strong result with most homes taking less than three weeks to sell – a good indicator for those home owners thinking of selling.

The below figures show that the market is possibly as good as you will find in any North Brisbane suburb. There’s also been a slight rise in the median sale price as well!
