ABOUT GOTT REALTY

Gott Realty was established in 2012.

Our vision was to create an agency that specialised in residential sales, that took full advantage of the internet and the technological revolution that was taking place within the real estate industry, but with a twist; we decided to be totally transparent in all aspects of any real estate transactions.

Proudly, today we have achieved that goal of being a totally transparent, innovative marketing agency, using the latest in technology.

Our real estate journey started over forty years ago back in 1979, when I was a salesperson selling homes on Bribie Island, graduating to project marketing in 1981, with a small block of nine units, called Pacific Breakers. In the ensuing years, I have had many more marketing opportunities, involving unit developments, land sub-divisions, housing estates, rental property and body corporate management, and even a foray into Commercial real estate.
I gained valuable experience with the establishment of First National here in Queensland, by being involved in the initial stages of corporate branding for First National, across Australia and New Zealand.

In early 2001, the internet was just evolving as a force in the real estate industry, and we quickly recognised that it would be a game-changer, so the traditional agencies would be impacted heavily if they didn’t understand and take on the new techniques.

We embrace these and any future changes, meaning that our system of using total transparency gives all our sellers and buyers every opportunity to achieve their goals in their real estate transactions with us.
